ENGLISH WITH DIVYANI: Mastering English for the Global Stage

Project Overview

English with Divyani is a dynamic digital learning platform dedicated to helping non-native speakers achieve fluency, confidence, and professional communication skills in English. Our goal was to transform a successful personal coaching model into a scalable, intuitive, and engaging digital product that reaches millions of aspirational learners worldwide.

The Challenge: Bridging the Learning Gap

Divyani's highly effective teaching methodology was limited by the constraints of one-on-one and live cohort classes. The primary challenge was twofold:

Scalability: How to package personalized, high-value coaching into an asynchronous, user-friendly digital format.
Engagement: Creating a platform experience that motivates users to consistently practice and complete courses, overcoming the high dropout rates common in self-paced e-learning.

Our Solution: Design Focused on Proficiency

The Wolf Deck's design team partnered with Divyani to architect a learning journey that feels personal and progressive. We focused on a user experience (UX) that emphasizes immediate application and measurable growth.

1. Intuitive UX/UI Design

We developed a clean, modern interface that prioritizes content access and minimizes visual clutter. Key features of the design include:

The Proficiency Tracker: A visual dashboard allowing users to track progress in four core areas: Vocabulary, Grammar, Pronunciation, and Fluency.
Micro-Lesson Structure: Content was broken down into 5-10 minute video and interactive modules, optimized for retention and busy schedules.
The Daily Practice Flow: A system designed to prompt users with short, engaging exercises based on recently learned topics, ensuring consistent revision.

2. Branding for Trust and Authority

We refined the visual identity to communicate trust, clarity, and expertise. The color palette and typography were chosen to feel encouraging and professional, establishing Divyani as the definitive expert in non-native English instruction.

3. Integrated Video Learning

The platform was designed around a robust video player, optimized for instructional content. Features include:

In-video interactive quizzes.
"Instant Replay" feature for specific pronunciation examples.
Downloadable lesson transcripts and notes integrated directly beneath the video screen.
